This was truly lovely. Gently does the trick. Sour with an off-sweet ending. — 6 years ago
Soft tannins and silky texture allow this plum red wine to glide smoothly over the palates. Fine scents of berries follow through with a fruity finish that has just the right level of acidity balanced with a touch but not too much residual sugar.
May return to it at the next chance. — 6 years ago
Fizzy and more bitter for it like a tonic water gone bad. I don’t recommend it.
The book is wonderful though. I am going to be sorry when I reach the end. — 6 years ago
The wine was as difficult to swallow as the book. Something I picked up at the airport and it turned out bitter, which was made worse for the effervescence. Not one of the finer specimens from Jacob’s Creek.. — 6 years ago
Very little astringency but with a bitter finish that lingers on the palate. — 6 years ago
Crisp, refreshing, and acidic. It did the trick! — 6 years ago
