It's a smooth wine but the flavor is very sharp. Hits the back of your mouth hard. It's not standing up well to our spicy Thai salad, but on it's own it's a tasty dry wine. If you're spending $20+ you could do worse than to pick this up. — 10 years ago

I'd say there's nothing remarkable about this wine. It's pretty inoffensive. Which is a pretty offensive way to be if you're a wine. It's pretty dry. If say the flavor of this wine is dry. I'd drink it again but I wouldn't necessarily buy it again. — 10 years ago

It smells like old wood. Makes it seem refined. But maybe I only feel that way cause it's 12 years old. A smoky taste. But after swallowing it feels full in my belly. Heavy. Light in the mouth but heavy in the belly. — 10 years ago
