I had the opportunity to have this after it was freshly bottled, it was incredibly fruity. But I opened my bottle after 2 years though it was recommended to me to drink it after half a year to a year. It is very chocolatey with floral notes. Next time I would drink it as recommended. — 7 years ago

While drinking it is slightly sweet (reminds me of a Riesling), it has an unpleasant aftertaste which lingers. The aftertaste is clearly associated with the woad used to make the blue color. Would not recommend as a dessert wine or to drink for pleasure. — 7 years ago
