I itial taste of lavender, strawberry and raspberry. Not much on nose. A bit sour, but a smooth finish with slightly chewy tannins. Not long lasting. Slightly more body to a pinot noir. Easy drinker — 3 months ago
Pours deep and inky. Aromas of earth, moss, tobacco, damsen. Initial taste of strawberry jam, blackberry and oak. Some pepper towards the end, into a smooth, leather finish with blackberry at the end. Gentle acidity, medium smooth tannins. Great with strong, hard cheese. Lighter colour, light purple and brown. Nose has some leather, tea, violets and bitter orange. Dry with progressive tannins and and overall alcohol background. Some black pepper and spice in a long, dry finish — 3 months ago
Pours deep, inky red with a glossy sheen. Nose is ripened berries and earth. Nose doesn't last too long once poured. Initial tasting is slightly sour, with green apple peel, cherries and Some oak in the background along with leather and some dark chocolate. Dry and peppery with a relatively long finish of red currants and some plums, some alcohol comes through. Would be better in 5-8 years — 4 months ago

Pours inky dark. Not much nose, cherry, dark fruit, pepper and damp earth. Initially a little spicy, with more cherry, blackcurrant, plum, and oak. Very drinkable, if not a touch dry and tannic — 19 days ago
