Sweet dessert wine - paired with saffron Panna cotta, berries and basil chiffonade. I'm not a fan of tall see wines, but I'll make an exception for this one. Beautiful fruit - tangerines, lychee, pear, even honey. — 9 years ago
Not a sipping wine. Pairing with salmon poke elevated it but still awfully tart. Not find of bouquet either. — 9 years ago
Not a sipping wine! Paired with poached chicken breast, asparagus, roasted mushrooms, sauce supreme- the combination resulted in a "soapy aftertaste reminiscent of Irish Spring (!). — 8 years ago
Nope. Maybe we just got a bad bottle, but the odor is objectionable. It tastes better than it smells but is very tart and dry without much complexity. A sour, one note wine. — 9 years ago
Very nice and light. Residual tartness is actually rather refreshing. Paired with fiddled fern salad with wild mushroom, asparagus, balsamic and buffalo mozzarella. — 9 years ago
Poster child for rosé. Crisp and clean with notes of strawberry- Raspberry-watermelon. Elevated by pairing with poached salmon with asparagus and sorrel sauce. — 8 years ago
Sour / tart and not a favorite, until paired with asparagus salad with tomato vinaigrette which tamed it considerably — 8 years ago
A big red blend, which stands up well to a pairing with camel tenderloin, bacon jam and mustard polenta. Color toward a dull purple. Dry, peppery but we'll balanced. — 9 years ago
Wonderful bouquet. Sour cherry, peppery. Tannins not overly aggressive. Not overly complex but full bodied. Predict this would go well with steak. — 9 years ago

Alone, a very pleasant, lightly carbonated sweet wine which stands alone. (And I don't usually like sweet wines. Paired with white asparagus ice cream, grilled strawberries and balsamic. Wine slightly too sweet for the dessert; preferred the wine by itself. — 8 years ago
