I sure did not expect much from this super old bottle of Chablis, but was pleasantly surprised as it showed not only that it was very much alive still, but also to have such complex flavours of toasted hazelnuts, caramel and coffee. Accompanied by its intact high acidity and long finish, this was a treat to drink.
