It’s been a while since I’ve pounded a Priorat and Pissarres delivered — the right balance of raspberry, blueberry and black slate. Pure, intense fruit and earth unadulterated by new oak. Great pairing with Gochujang (other favorite pairings include Pinot Gris Ramato or Bedrock Evanghelo Zin). — 4 months ago
Very interested Chardonnay, instant strong earthy and citrus flavours. Slowly mellows with a clean aftertaste. Just leaves a refreshing citrus twang in the cheeks. Definitely a favourite. Corte €7.60 Comparison: Veiga Naum, so much drier, Veiga lighter and fruitier, Raimat Chardonnay more intense and better long drink — 2 years ago
Tainted gold color. Strong floral, borderline pungent nose; little bit of desert rain in there. The palate is bone dry, medium alcohol, medium acidity, full bodied; carries lots of umami, white mushroom, unctuous, tannins, and a strong finish. Paired with salmon sashimi with olive oil and salicornia. Pairing was delightful, wine all on its own will develop your character. Cheers. — 2 months ago
Love this Spanish blend. First tried in Barcelona but then found some bottles here in Dallas! Easy to drink, nice dark fruits. Medium body. Smooth tannins. Not sure I can find it at home anymore. Will have to return to Barcelona! — 5 months ago
Delicious. V crisp. Lemons. — 3 years ago
Though lacking a bit in aromatics and perhaps a touch on the green side, this is a nevertheless very decent, light, and quaffable red blend from a region that usually skews in the other direction (hot, heavy, and occasionally stinky). Their website says 75% grenache, 25% cab, which is more consistent with what I tasted. — 3 months ago

This wine needs at least 1 hour to develop. Then, it opens up into a nice citrus flavored wine that was quite enjoyable. Before that, it was tasteless. So be patient before drinking this wine: do not expect to
drink it without a long decant. — 3 years ago

Such a different Priorat from the others I have been drinking. Seemed much denser in every aspect of the wine. Different and enjoyable. — a month ago
