This is all about the oak conditioning, and ever so slight oxidation on the citric, electric core. But it’s really quite pretty; the wine is creamy, with notes of custard, lemon cream, and coconut. This has a silky and luscious texture; cocoa butter and a zingy streak of acid luxuriate on the palate. And it’s enlivened by zingy yellow fruit, the structure carrying the wood ably. If you embrace the style this is super enjoyable; and I’m confident that in 10 years it will be magic.

Pale lemon with aromas of stone fruits and oaky notes. On the palate flavors of apple, lemon citrus zest and pear with vanilla, spice and oak. Medium+ finish ending with fruit and smoky spice. Nice!

Hello White Rioja! This wine is clear with a medium lemon hue.
The nose is clean with medium intensity and youthful aromas. Aromas include primary notes of lemon 🍋 pith, starfruit, melon, cantaloupe, orange marmalade, chamomile, also secondary notes of cream, butterscotch, biscuit, and pastry.
On the palate this wine is dry. It has medium(+) acidity, a medium body, medium alcohol, and medium intensity in flavors consistent with the nose. The finish is medium(+).
This is a very good wine. It has good balance, complexity, and structure. It could be improved with additional length and intensity of fruit characteristics.
It may be consumed now with pleasure and further aging may add complexity in tertiary notes. But it’s tasting great in the present moment 🙌🙌🙌

Very nice. Enjoyed this. Quite different to the other whites we enjoy. Creamy. Good to have another style though.
