This Eola-Amity Hills Vineyard is farmed by Tom and Bill Cattrall. They have sourced this Pinot Noir from a block that sits high, cool site in the vineyard planted to Wadensville clone. The highly earthy nose evokes black truffle, peat moss with black raspberry liquor, and huckleberry nuances. The palate is rich and refined with black cherries, black raspberries, and mushroom flavors that connect with a lovely astringency. A touch of white pepper and bright cherry linger on the impressive finish. Drink 2019-2027- 93

Funk and spice on the nose. Floral but also savory. Peppered strip with rose petal. Very smooth front and mid palate with a tannic finish. Underripe raspberry, cardamom, and strawberry tart. Burgundian and delicious. Really enjoyed this @Mark Flesher .
