Unicorn Rose Bubbles is dry and very pleasant — 3 years ago
DOYARD - purchased direct from the winery - 1995 vintage disgorged 2007 - 12 years in bottle. Good pop of the bottle. Golden, amber hue. Nose is super complex, butterscotch, herbs (dill, anise), and and huge salinity, with some mandarin orange. Absolutely smacking. Palette is huge. Truly expansive body - acid so balanced. These Carmel and tangerine notes happen. The finish is long and tannic. This is a unicorn bottle. Excellent. — 5 years ago
Someone says it's a unicorn and i reckon they are spot on
Nearly impossible to source in Australia
Arguably one of the best rosé in the world, the best in Italy
Surely hard to put it in a category i think the unicorn category suits it best
It's like a red that drinks like a white
Cola, mushrooms, oregano, sundried tomatoes and so much more that i can't even recall
No need to say you wanna accumulate as much as u can and i assure you if stored well this will last for longer then a decade
Ps. I nearly forgot about the Australian Open final when drinking this..nearly i said😅 — 3 months ago
Unicorn wine. 🦄 — 4 years ago
This could be a 10 in a 2-3 years from now. Tasted this in the barrel at the winery and now in the bottle. Classic Muschelkalk and E&M. My 13th vintage. Unbelievably drinkable - addictive. Unspitable. Dark cherries, black currant jam, hint orange blossoms. In the glass potpourri of herbs wild black forest oregano driven, morello and dark cherries, crushed marble, hint licorice. Like most E&M wines a unicorn wine and unlike any you have ever tasted. I feel sorry for the Michelin Restaurants who do not have this on their wine list. — 8 months ago
2000 was unbelievable! With Italian dinner and family, better than a unicorn! — 4 years ago

the label is cool featured a unicorn check. smells of a fine balsamic and olive oil tastes of a warm red berry tart with a deep ancestral earthliness the after taste reminds me of a lemonade that way it’s acids erode my mouth — 3 months ago
