As easy sipping of a Cabernet Sauvignon as I’ve ever had. It trades complexity for glou glou with just a slight hint of tannin.

Vin d’Ottawa
Aged this one for 4 years and it’s paid off. Deep black cherry and an almost mint flavour with tremendous depth.
We’re saving some for tomorrow to see how extra air exposure impacts it.
