On the nose, red plum, sage, eucalyptus, and smoky salami... On the palate, deep, concentrated, dark fruit along with a tannic tongue dryness culminating in a long, chewy finish... With food, this explodes in new directions... We paired this with our first course of meatball in a clean tomato sauce with amazing effect... The acidity of the tomato made this wine pop!
