Pale gold; medium intensity aromas of yellow apple, pineapple, mandarin orange, grapefruit peel, gentian root; off dry, medium acid, high alcohol, medium body, pronounced intensity flavors of bruised yellow apple, caramel, orange peel, grapefruit peel, gentian root; medium finish, delicate and fruity

Smooth malted milk and rainwater mixed with the a hint of turnip. Nice sweet floral finish with that light root vegetable character.

Good acid, fragrant, lovely melon notes. Was great with prosciutto.

Very clean and floral good sipping sake

2023 June. Full bodied, almost oily texture. Fruits, flowers, and minerals. My wife and I loved it, my daughter tried twice and it wasn’t for her. Paired so well with the Yakitori; burrata with mentaiko, orange zest and toasted nori;

Lovely sake. Apparently the maker did a several year “stage” in burgundy. Has some vinous quality (in a good way). But overall just delicious.
