had a spilling incident.
the wine lied in a shadowed kitchen closet.
on a check-up i found a drop of wine beneath it.
i was advised to hurry up opening it.
i believe no harm was done.

100% petite syrah (durif) from southern gallilie

12 months in oak.

14.5% abv

mostly dusty soil and black fruit with not perfectly integrated oak spices 👄

gravel like 💪 tannins.

not too bad, not that good.
i believe age rounded it but you can still sense it's not balanced enough.

a left out glass felt silkier but same taste profile the next morning.

not so good vfm (around 100 nis)
