Always feel like this wine could use some bottle age. Would be good to lay down for a year or two to see what it does. Funky out the gate and needed some air. Shook the bottle vigorously for 10 seconds to pump stove air into it. Second glass was much better. Lots of potential.

Medium lemon-hued. Aromas and flavors of chamomile, honeysuckle, lemon, lychee, and peach. Medium body and medium-plus acidity. The nose is fragrant, while the palate is full of citrus and lychee, with a little (alcoholic) heat and creamy texture (from sur lie aging) on the finish. Still young but quaffable now.

Nope nope nope. The aromatics on this were rough, lots of sulfur compounds. Depending on the temperature, I smelled vomit (butyric acid), plastic, and a sickly sweet floral notes. It has nice complexity, floral, full-bodied but I couldn’t get past the nose

Très bien. Fruité mais pas au goût citrus ou pamplemousse, plus neutre. Assez passe-partout, pour changer du sauvignon blanc, j’aime bien.
