I was looking for a reasonably priced wine to match with my filet mignon at Fleming's. The opaque crimson/purple '10 Yalumba GSM 'The Strapper' filled the bill. Nice layers of black raspberry, plum and orange peel with earth and spice notes. Dry finish with velvety tannins. Very serviceable.
