Just had this as our wine pairing for our meal at L'Ecluse restaurant in Amboise. Our last dinner in France before heading home from our two week family vacation. This wine was outstanding as was the rest of the offering at L'Ecluse. The nose on this wine is interesting and I would even go as far as saying compelling. The orange blossom was ever present but so was a complement of spices. River stone minerality. Pure and great.
