If you took a Riesling and a Chardonnay and made a wine baby - you would get this delicious. Silvaner. Crisp apple, butterscotch, oak, very dry with hints of baked pear flan. An excellent wine. Paired with an Indonesian halibut and eggplant Thai curry.
