Really unique and distinctive nose. Citrus, herbs, flowers. A very earthy spatlese nose. Some brown sugar as well. Really vivid and detailed. Unlike any spatlese I’ve ever smelled. Just a brilliant nose. 9.6. Easy. Wow, what a palate. So nimble, spicey and complex. Insane acidity. Just electricity. Man this is exactly like an 01 middle mosel spatlese. So so impressive. The acid and length are nuts. Perfectly judged sweetness. A true spatlese. The nose is so exotic. So complex and so pure. Really nice. Wow that acid wakes up my canker sores! What a wine.
