There’s a lot going on here. I feel bad for this wine, because it just had to follow an Orchidea.
Very complex. Very big. It doesn’t need time... but it does.

This Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington State is always enjoyable. Showing black fruits with chocolate notes, tobacco, earth, vegetables, licorice, wood, spices and peppercorn.
Full bodied with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with mild complexity and a nice mouthfeel.
Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
Good right out of the bottle and better after an hour of airtime.
A nice everyday wine. Tangy and interesting.
14.5% alcohol by alcohol by.

オーパス・ワンより凄い！とのコピーに躍らされて購入のワシントン州カベルネ。香りは上等、濃ゆい濃ゆい味わいも期待通り。が、オーパスとは並ぶべくもない。それでもCP的には満足でした。
