Harvest 2009 Saca Spring 2016. Vintage sherry without solera system: very interesting experiment. Bruised apple, fresh ripe apple! apple core and peel, nutty, very good acidity and intensity.

Easter treat: rare vintage #sherry fino. Complex and nutty but elegantly smooth.

Delicious.

Saca febrero 2017. Tried 6 months later, fab value for money, a more fino amontillado style... Im definitely a fan!! Will be trying again definitely.
