Color of stream water with just the lightest of golden hue. Hint of pears with the knife sharpening wet-stone aroma. Slightly sweet and pretty low on the acids. Simple. Not too familiar with German whites, but maybe this is the style. It’s nice very cold on hot day. Very catchy label. Would be good with wafer cookies or tea cakes...
