Wonderful mouth feel, spice over mature cherry. Recommend for a sip at lunch, not dinner.

Heavier bodied for a PN. Black fruit wine. Raisin on the nose; black fruit on the front; after taste of ripen banana on the back & finish. Great wine. Wish it was less in alcohol.

Decanted for an hour. Beautiful legs most likely due to the higher octane. Definitely warming on the alcohol that would most likely smooth out with some age. Medium high oak tannins that linger on to the finish. Decent amount of nuttiness with hints of some ripe black plum, dried cranberry, and dark chocolate throughout with a fairly dry finish. Overall very pleasant wine that can hold its own for the price point.
