Always superb and just hitting its stride. Nose is the essence of perfect grapefruit. Amazing. Sage, smoke, peach just gorgeous deep and very expressive. Lime blossom galore after 10 minutes. Even a hint of funk. Deep, ripe and concentrated. Terrific cut and purity. Dry on the palate with massive flavor impact. Concentrated and dense. But so light and juicy as well. Brilliant. Oh it’s so good.

Dec 30th, 20162015 vintage. Pink grapefruit, lots of lime, white rocks, green melon, moderate grassiness, white flowers (especially chamomile). Maintains a good deal of concentration and density, but still remains light and lively. Purchased from Fass Selections.
