Weingut Quint - Spätburgunder Trocken 2017
Very fruity nose with cherry and a bit of a mineral thing, like graphite or pencil lead. The palate is delicious with a tangy note of cherry all along, a wide palate, some grip, a strong acid drive, a bit of a round mid palate, almost no tannins and a cool, joyful fruity finish. It's simple but delicious. A very straight forward expression of pinot noir.
