Maybe the best bottle of pfeffingen I’ve had. Loaded with complexity and power but minerality for days. Just beautiful

Stunning. Smells sweet. Dry as all get out. Pure mineral. Beautifully aged. Love it

Good, but not yet great. Give it a decade.

Lovely nose with pineapple, chalk, ripe peach, salt, nettle. On the palate, some dissolved CO2 gives a spritz and lift, but still seems a bit sloppy: good acidity and salinity, but very hot and weirdly tangy. Very hot, salty finish. Good, but not sad this is my last btl.

Hint of petrol and mineral on the nose and then a wonderful grapefruit sensation in the mid palate to finish. Definitely dry and definitely refreshing. Curious how long this could age and open up more but . . . This bottle is gone!
