Tokyo fried chicken night with 4HHM. had to pop a Riesling and had to pop a Keller for this inaugural feast at WareHome. Kirschpiel is always generous but with some age it gives even more! Yes, some of the tension is gone. But what’s developed is incredible. Petrol nose and deep rich layers of that KP magic. Nothing like it. After an hour the king acid finish arrived and was ethereal. Wish I had a mag.
