$24 terrific value. Did not come back to the remaining half of the bottle until 4 days later. Held up remarkably well.

The perfect pairing for a cayenne ranch chicken sandwich (and fried pickles) from Slim Chickens. Deep gold in color with notes of peach, mango, honeysuckle, grapefruit rind, and chalky minerality on the nose with zippy acidity and a balanced minerality that gives this selection plenty of weight and complexity. Really fun to drink.
