2019 vintage. Laser-like acidity complements the tropical fruit profile: pineapple, guava, yellow papaya, green apple, nectarine, soap, rosewater lokum, powdered sugar, honeysuckle, apricot nectar. Sweetness is definitely there, but would make this divine with spicy food. Rather lithe and light-bodied for the variety. In honor of my first time working Thanksgiving Day...boy, was it busy!!
