This wine still tastes like an infant. Great nose has tons of bright crushed rock minerality, lots of green apple fruit, and a light floral/meadow thing. Zingy and electric in the mouth. Bone dry, with an initial whack of fruit that quickly turns all into stones as the finish evolves. Bright acids. Enjoy now or let it sit and evolve over the next several years.

Balance. Its like the sweetest Meyer lemon, with lanolin and sage. And fresh apricots and rocks. I'd love to see what this was like in ten years, but there's almost 0% chance that my remaining bottle will make it through the year.

Yummy lemon, apricot, balanced with minerality and a bit of sizzle. So flipping good, I bought a case, Nyah, it was $24/a pop, delivered, Go Fass Selections!!
