Nose has crushed raspberry, lemon zest, under-ripe cherry and cut flower stems.
Palate has dehydrated strawberry, raspberry jam, slightly under-ripe nectarine and orange peel.
Refreshing as the day is long. Interesting to note that this bottle is sealed with cork, prior vintages (same format size) used Stelvin (screwcap).
1500ml for a warm, humid Berkshires afternoon. $42!

@Delectable this is actually the schwabischer landwein trocken rose’. Tastes like strawberries, red raspberrries, and summer. 😎 Delicious.
