Classic slate on the nose with some nice green apple and melon. Palate is super crisp and pure and with ok depth but more of a easy drinking style.

Nose has green apple peel, fresh peach pit and grated lemon, all delicate aromas.
Palate has slightly sweet citrus peel, sweet green apple, medium acidity, lightly saline on the finish, nice balance.
Quite quaffable, albeit a somewhat simple wine at this young age. Perfect serving at just below room temperature. Decanted ~60m.

Ulli Stein. Super good. Now I get the "Weihwasser" (Holy Water) reference. Lemon blossoms on the nose. Bright, crisp, pure. Quintessential Feinherb...very sprightly and light on its feet. 11%abv. Limey Margarita finish. ¡Hallelujah!

Feb 18th, 2022A lovely bouquet of aromas... lemon, peach, and flower blossoms with subtle fennel. Mouthwatering acid balanced by a lush body, ripe juicy peaches, lingering minerals. Yum!!
