Well balanced, acidic but not overly tart, with a nice, balanced effervescence. The nose is forward, but not pungent, with a nice slight bubblyness, and notes of strawberries, raspberries, and slight mineral notes. The flavor is VERY fruit forward, with notes of strawberries, raspberry, light passion fruit, prickly pear, and sweet rhubarb, with a slight earthy almost vegetal finish. Very tasty, easy to drink, with great flavor!
