Project Merlot Blend Rosé

When I saw this Rosé on the @goodpairdays website, I immediately added it to my May box. I’ve had a few of @voyagerestate’s ‘Project’ wines and they’ve all been bloody tasty. So this was a no-brainer.
It’s made from organically grown Merlot, Shiraz and Tempranillo grapes from their Margaret River vineyard 💕
In the glass we found this Rosé a silvery pink shade. On the nose there’s plenty of red fruit and berries with a lovely whiff of lemongrass. While in the mouth those fruit flavours flow through alongside grapefruit acidity. It’s fresh, dry and pretty darn smashable 🤩
