Nose is mineral and peach skin.
Palate is an immediate mineral sting. Then barely ripe peaches. Like little Japanese ones.

Ripe & aromatic with sweet peach, grapefruit peel, more lime than lemon, a touch of rose petals & rosemary honey in the backdrop. On the palate this shows great structure, with a backbone of mineral yet juicy acidity around which layers of cool yet rich fruit, creamy undertones from ageing in large oak and exotic spicy notes are wound. Rich yet focused & precise and highly drinkable. This is a very Burgundian Riesling. Very nice.
