This red blend from Paso Robles was 58% Merlot, 25% Zun, 10% Petit Sirah and 6% Cab. Medium bodied cherry nose and taste with some vanilla and spice. Way too young so the tannins hadn’t smoothed out and the sulfates were way too strong. I would like to try this wine in about 5 years.
