Very pale ruby, lighter than some rosés, crunchy red fruits, mineral. High acid, light bodied, great with a chill.

3 weeks of skin contact makes this pinot Gris drink more like a red wine. Light bodied with strawberry and cherry. Good acid. Served with a slight chill. Great summertime red.
