Tour d’Argent. Surprisingly young color, light gold. At first it’s soft and delicate. With air it shows notes of citrus, tan spice, white clay, minerals and some cardamom. Starts with great fruit and has structure and acidity that builds with air. There’s a sweetness that stays with it over 3 hours. Great wine.
