Wow. This btl showed spectacularly. Pop and pour, maybe 45 min slow ox. On the nose: this screams Chassagne (my wife said she felt transported back to Burgundy): soft chalk, limestone, ripe apple, lemon, slate...just amazing complexity. On the palate: fantastic acidity, lemon oil, tangerine, lemon custard, ginger, slate, limestone, salt...a plethora of flavors. Just lingers on the palate...so well put-together.
