Strong red berry and confectionary aroma. Sweet berry jam and a little berry coughdrop- garnished with herby phenols. Gamey with a nice tang, but missing the lingering, broad acidity of the best champagnes.

Lovely pinot rose bubbly that I think you'd like enough to drink with your morning omelette. Then coffee.

A seriously pretty salmon-copper color in the glass. Immediately you recognize this isn’t quite your usual bottle of pink bubbles. A surfeit of floral notes greet you on the nose. There’s a strong herbal influence going on here which is just a joy. The customary red berries which provide some really nice moments. Country brushes and greenery resonate. A most interesting bouquet.

One of the more interesting wines I’ve tasted in quite a while. Mostly Pinot Noir with a dash of Chardonnay thrown in. Carbonic macerated Pinot plus Saignée Pinot plus macerated Chardonnay and Pinot. All that produces a pretty singular rosé. Lively but not quite zippy acidity. Dry, dry, lovingly dry with juicy fruit and character for days.

Plenty of apples lightly spiced with cinnamon on the palate, along with some fresh cherries. Herbs and limes show off here. The finish is longer than expected and delicious. Such a fun rosé especially during this time of year.
