Grey [Glacier] Single Block Trinidad Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Damn good with some Vermont cheddar. Just sayin...

Quite bold and full and nice. Good balance of fruit and tannins with hint of smoke.

Had with Isabel, Chris & Lisa at Sushi Kim 2. Relatively smooth, but I ate too many different foods & probably changed to taste too much such that I can’t provide an accurate description. Will need to try again. ADDENDUM: Tried again at Nana & Pap’s on my birthday and it was much better. Excellent.

Evaporatingly dry. Yes, I know that’s not a word. If the Webster’s folks had drank this wine, they would have added it to their book. And included a picture of me drinking it.

Very, very heavy

Beautiful! Strong aromas of cassis, a very unusual Cab.Sav. but worth a try. Ventisquero never disappoints.

Full of dark, stewed fruit. Blackberry, cassis, blueberry, vanilla, chocolate and some nice smokey notes.

Chocolate, vanilla, red pepper.

Great cab
