Gosh. What a unique wine. Turning into liquid gold. Exquisite balance. Cashews and coconut with a round golden apple and pineapple flavor. Roast coffee. Mousse shows refreshing quality to the wine and the small bubbles form several chains up to top.

On a a par with 02 Couer de Cuvée. Not as rich but more spine. A tart apple dominant note. I have never seen that this strong in a Champagne this old.
