Very pale color, lots of minerals and some stone fruit aromas. Bright, but medium acid compared to the Hugel Pinot Blanc, more fruity sweetness that gives a rounder body. Less lingering minerals. Pairing with pasta and lots of fresh tomatoes and garlic for Meatless Monday! #gotm2020
