Not sure if wood was used here, but the vanilla & broad mouthfeel suits it. Like a baby Chardonnay, w less angularity & at 13$ a QPR

Soft on the mid palate, great silkiness and texture. Firm, ripe and delicate with fresh stony fruit character and lingering mineral accent.

Peachy and stony, unassuming yet more youthful, fresher, and lighter than the Alsacian style, cleaner than the northern Italian style...

Think this is my first German Pinot Gris. Started flat but got better with air (and as it warmed). A solid, but not memorable, drink.

Great, crisp, fruity forward, dry finish. Nice German twist on a Pinot Gris. Yum!

A Mosel Pinot Gris. Hhhmm, nice and crisp. Definitely shows the understated crisp side of the grape but it does have a medium bodied fatness to it that I really like.

Deep gold in the glass. Shy nose at 50℉ of dried quince and potpourri. More pronounced palate echoes the nose with a touch of balsam. Full mouthfeel, medium acidity. Great cold-weather white.
