Bouquet Final Beaujolais Nouveau Gamay

A bold candied nose of ripe cherries and gape jam, with a slight rise undercurrent, this is the most complex nouveau I’ve had. The flavor is bursting with ripe red fruits, with jammy flavors of plum, Concorde grape, and deep cherry jam, slight tannin ending and forest floor like vegetal finish. Very tasty and pairs will with deli meats.
