Great delicate bubbles. Perfect party sparkling and a bargain. Ugni Blanc, Chenin Blanc and Folle Blanche from the Loire.

Toasty and well balanced - great for the price.

Had this NV about 2 years ago. New batch about the same. Straw yellow color with light bubbles. Tart stone fruit aromas. The palate shows lively acidity with stone and citrus fruit flavors. The wine is simple, Ok but not great. Tasting Sample.

Provided at the Tam O'Shanter in L. A. for bottomless Champagne and mimosas. So, it's cheap, but it's a pretty good bubbly. It's dry, it's yeasty, it even has a touch of smoke on it. Flavors of pears and apples and toast are quite nice, especially for the price.

Straw gold color, green apple and lemon tastes, bubbles a bit on the large side for my preference. Light in taste but very crisp.

A dry sparkling that is better at the recommended 50 degrees F than at fridge temperature. I am not a fan of sparkling, so this was was a pleasant surprise with fewer bubbles that quickly dissipated and did not tickle my nose when drinking. Very clean on the palette, not sweet but not desert dry either.
