after 2 ok-ish bottles that tried to recreate my memorable naples' falanghina experience this one finally nailed it.
whole grapefruit cut into pieces with flowers and green leaves 👃
grapefruit, brine and pepper 👄
pleasent spicy 🎯
extra point from a thorough 🇮🇹 tasting because of being outdoors and having it from a plastic cup (reusable, don't worry greta)
paired lovely with jahnun(tradional yemen dough feast), tomato salsa and humus mesabaha( breakfast of champions).
a picnic dirty martini substitute... much easier to pour.
