Yes indeed! Blueberries, violets and raspberry juice. It's layers and layers of complexity. Still plenty of acidity for aging and making it a great pair for the bone-in filet I had tonight. The background vocals of vanilla and subdued cedar harmonized well with the charred crust. Like I said, yes indeed!
