Sipping Fine Wine

Deep Ruby with aromas of dark red fruits, spice and floral notes. On the palate flavors of plum and cherry with pepper and cacao notes. Fine tannins, lively acidity, medium finish ending with fruit , oak and savory spice. Ok value, drink now, no aging benefit!

Bright acid/cherry/earth. Presentable bistro-style quaffer.

Disappointing. Light and disjointed. It wanted to be savory, then fruity, then earthy, but couldn’t commit to any specific direction.

Not sure if 2018 is the vintage, it is on the back of the bottle. Light body. Medium tart red and black berry fruit, nice finish. This is a very enjoyable drink.

A medium-bodied Argentinian Monastrell recommended by Zach. It doesn't taste like a traditional Monastrell. It wasn't to pur liking as it came across as too light.
