What a nose - smoked meat and burning campfire

Such an intensely light colored wine, you would have no idea what’s in store - packed full with flavor from beginning to end - a wave of Pinot like acidity hits first, then opens with brighter alpine fruit, some tangelo and kiwi skin. Expressive finish as well with a lingering, longing fruit leather like ride.

This producer has been very delightful so far.

Much more fruit forward than a standard grenache. CO2 treated early on in the process to maintain fruit structure. Incredible wine for the price.
